Application

1. No carbon deposition characteristics
There is no carbon deposition or oxide scale on the surface of molds and castings. It ensures the quality of subsequent surface treatments. For example, electroplating and flame spraying are not affected.

Our zinc alloy die-casting release agent forms a dense barrier film on the mold’s surface after spraying. This film effectively prevents sticking between the casting and mold. So, it can ensure smooth and unobstructed demolding every time.
3. Excellent cooling effect
Using a mold temperature of 150-200 ℃ can reduce thermal and cold-stress breaks in the mold, effectively shortening production cycles.
4. High-temperature resistance
The film formation is uniform without accumulation, and it maintains good adhesion on the surface of the mold up to 200 ℃. The casting surface is bright without splashing.
