K-707S is an environmentally friendly, highly lubricating, long-lasting cutting fluid.
K-707S This product is an environmentally friendly high lubrication long lasting cutting fluid! Very excellent antimicrobial properties! It is not easy to be odorized and has outstanding lubricity! This product is recommended to be used at a concentration (calculated by refractometer) of 7-18 degrees. Refractive lower than 7 degrees easy to breed bacteria deterioration. Refractive index above 18 degrees will cause skin irritation to the operator! If you need to use the product at a concentration lower than 7 degrees or higher than 18 degrees, please change to another model or consult with our engineers for special formulations.
Uses:
K-707S is more suitable for machining all series of aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel. 6 series aluminum, 7 series aluminum, 5 series aluminum, 2 series aluminum, die-casting aluminum, profile aluminum, non-standard aluminum, 2 series stainless steel, 3 series stainless steel, and so on!

Precautions:
☆ When using this product, the surface of the workpiece should be cleaned of rust and oil.
☆If accidentally splashed into the eyes, lift up the eyelids and rinse with flowing water.
☆Do not swallow this product, if swallowed inadvertently, do not induce vomiting, maintain a state of rest, timely medical care.
☆Containers and pipes containing this product must be clean, do not mix with other solvents.
☆This product is not easy to cause combustion when exposed to open flame or high heat, but combustion will be caused by combustion aids. If it comes into contact with oxidizing agent, it may cause chemical reaction or combustion. Therefore, do not store, open or use it near open flame, high heat or ignition source. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight, and take anti-static measures at the place of use.
☆This product should be sealed with a cover when storing and stopping use to avoid contamination!
☆ Smoking is strictly prohibited at the work site. The workplace using this product must have proper ventilation. Good airflow helps reduce environmental pressure and keeps staff healthy.
