Characteristics and Use:
Titanium alloy cutting oil is based on two types of hydrogenated oil, compounded into high-performance sulfurized lard and other special additives blended into the metalworking oil, with good lubrication, extreme pressure anti-wear, rust and high temperature oxidation security. This product has high lubrication and extreme pressure effect, effectively protects and prolongs the service life of cutting tools, and can obtain very high precision and surface finish of work pieces.

This product is titanium alloy metal processing oil! Suitable for all kinds of stainless steel, titanium alloy and other metal processing. For turning, milling, drilling, hinging, grinding, boring, tapping and other machining processes. Widely used in machining centers, CNC machine tools and other processing equipment.

Ingredients.
Titanium alloy cutting oil is made from several key ingredients:

Precautions:
☆When using this product, the surface of the workpiece should be cleaned of rust and oil.
☆If splashed into the eyes, lift up the eyelids and rinse with running water.
☆Do not swallow this product. If swallowed inadvertently, do not induce vomiting, maintain a state of rest, and promptly provide medical care.
☆Containers and pipes containing this product must be clean, do not mix with other solvents.
☆This product is not easy to cause combustion when exposed to open flame or high heat, but combustion will be caused by combustion aids. If it comes into contact with an oxidizer, it may cause a chemical reaction or combustion. Therefore, do not store, open or use it near open flame, high heat or ignition source. Avoid high temperature and direct sunlight, and take anti-static measures at the place of use.
☆This product should be sealed with a cover when storing and stopping use to avoid contamination!
☆ Smoking is strictly prohibited at the work site. The workplace for this product needs full ventilation. Good airflow helps lower environmental pressure and keeps staff healthy.
Waste Oil Disposal:
☆Waste liquid is collected in special barrels and then handed over to government licensed recyclers for recycling.
Packing and Storage:
☆Packing: 18L/plastic drum; 200L/iron drum.
☆Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of 1 year.
