Ingredients:
K-303W is made of rust inhibitor, lubricant, extreme pressure agent, high efficient corrosion inhibitor, fungicide, deionized water, etc. It does not contain nitrate ion, hexavalent chromium ion.

Usage:
☉Light and equal strength processing (grinding) 2-4 fold luminosity (1:8-1:15)
Daily replenishment: Make up a diluted solution of 2% (1:15) in a bucket and replenish it into the machine.
☉Medium-intensity machining 5-10 refractive index (1:3 to 1:7)
Daily replenishment: 5-fold diluted solution in a pail is replenished into the machine.
☉High-intensity reprocessing over 10 refractive index
Daily replenishment: Make up a 10-percent dilution in a pail and add it to the machine.
Note: If you use emulsified oil, semi-synthetic fluid, or fully synthetic fluid, clean the machine before using this model. If you don’t, sticky glue-like material will build up. Please consult our technicians before use!
☉Before using new fluid, clean the reservoir and pipeline, and use it after circulating the working dilution solution of this product.
☉When the tank liquid is consumed and needs to be replenished, add the corresponding amount of the original liquid proportionally while adding water.
☉The working liquid should be kept clean and impurities such as iron chips and floating oil should be removed in time.
Precautions:
1. It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, put the barrel horizontally to avoid water intrusion and flooding of the symbol on the barrel.
2. This product is forbidden to be mixed with foreign matter pollution, otherwise it will easily lead to oil deterioration and failure.
3. The color of this product will darken with the increase of time is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the use. Do not mix with other oils.
Waste Oil Disposal:
☆Waste liquid is collected in special barrels and then handed over to government licensed recyclers for recycling.
Packing and Storage:
☆Packing: 18L/plastic drum; 200L/iron drum.
☆Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of 1 year.
