Characteristics and use:
This product is an environmentally friendly high lubrication long lasting general purpose cutting fluid! Very excellent lubricity! It is not easy to be odorized and has outstanding rust prevention! This product is recommended to be used within 6-15 degrees (calculated by refractometer). Refractive index below 6 degrees is prone to bacterial deterioration. Refractive index above 16 degrees will cause skin irritation to the operator! If the customer needs to use the product below 6 degrees or above 16 degrees, please change to another model or consult the engineer for special prescription.
Usage:
K-606S is a general-purpose cutting fluid suitable for machining cast iron, all kinds of steel, 6-series aluminum alloy, 7-series aluminum alloy, 5-series aluminum, 2-series aluminum, die-casting aluminum, aluminum profiles, non-standard aluminum, all kinds of stainless steel, brass and so on!
The service life of this product is more than 2 years. Suitable for CNC, turning, drilling, boring, hinging, milling, tapping and other metal processing processes, cooling lubrication, while having a good cooling, rust, corrosion resistance, easy to dilute features. Overcome the traditional soap-based emulsion summer easy to smell, difficult to dilute in winter, rust effect is poor, aluminum alloy oxidation and discoloration of the problem, the lathe paint also has no adverse effects. Does not contain sodium nitrite, phenol and other harmful substances.

Ingredients:
K-606S is made of rust inhibitor, lubricant, extreme pressure agent, high efficient corrosion inhibitor, fungicide, deionized water, etc. It does not contain nitrate ion, hexavalent chromium ion.

Usage:
☉Light and equal strength processing 6-8 refractive index (about 1:10)
Daily replenishment: Make up a 4-refractive index (1:15) dilution in a bucket and replenish it into the machine.
☉Medium-strength processing 8-10 refractive index (1:6 to 1:8)
Daily replenishment: 4-6 refractive index diluted solution in a bucket is replenished into the machine.
☉High-strength reprocessing 10-15 refractive index (1:7 to 1:4)
Daily replenishment: Make up a diluted solution of 7-10 refractive index in a pail and replenish it into the machine.
☉Before using new liquid, clean the reservoir and pipeline, and use it after circulating the working diluted liquid of this product.
☉When the tank liquid is consumed and needs to be replenished, add the corresponding amount of original liquid proportionally while adding water.
☉The working liquid should be kept clean and impurities such as iron chips and floating oil should be removed in time.
Precautions:
1. It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, put the barrel horizontally to avoid water intrusion and flooding of the symbol on the barrel.
2. This product is forbidden to be mixed with foreign matter pollution, otherwise it will easily lead to oil deterioration and failure.
3. The color of this product will darken with the increase of time is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the use. Do not mix with other oils.
Waste Oil Disposal:
☆Waste liquid is collected in special barrels and then handed over to government licensed recyclers for recycling.
Packing and Storage:
☆Packing: 18L/plastic drum; 200L/iron drum.
☆Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of 1 year.
