1. How long is spray gun’s service life ?
The service life of the general is 2 to 3 months. Preheat the ladle before using, can effectively extend the service life.
2. What can we do if there is little hang aluminum phenomenon?
Do not knock the spray gun, just wait for after cooling off by hand to get residue off.
3.What can we do if there is abnormal shutdown?
If an abnormal shutdown occurs, the liquid aluminum in the ladle will solidify. We can put the ladle back into the furnace to remelt it.
