Features and Uses:
This product is a special cutting fluid for copper and alloys! Very excellent antimicrobial properties! It is not easy to odorize and has outstanding lubricity! This product is recommended to be used at a concentration (calculated by refractometer) of 4-12 degrees. Below 4 degrees refractive index, it is easy to breed bacteria and deteriorate. Refractive indexes above 12 degrees can cause skin irritation to operators! If you need to use the product below 4 degrees or above 12 degrees, please switch to another model. You can also consult our engineers for special formulations.
Application:
K-500 is a unique cutting fluid for copper and its alloys. Its service life can exceed 2 years. It’s ideal for CNC, turning, drilling, boring, milling, tapping, and other metal processing tasks. K-500 provides excellent cooling and lubrication. It also offers good rust and corrosion protection, and it’s easy to dilute.
This product solves common issues found in traditional soap-based emulsions. It reduces summer odors and makes winter dilution easier. It also prevents rust and stops aluminum alloy from oxidizing or discoloring. Using K-500 won’t harm your lathe paint. Importantly, it is free from harmful substances like sodium nitrite, chlorine, phosphorus, and phenol.

Component:
K-500 is refined with base oil, antirust agent, emulsifier, lubricant, extreme pressure agent, high efficient corrosion inhibitor, auxiliary, fungicide, deionized water, etc.; it does not contain nitrite ion and hexavalent chromium ion, which is safe and environmentally friendly.
Usage：
☉Light and equal strength processing 4-5 refractive index (1:10-1:15)
Daily replenishment: Make up a dilution of 3-fold (1:20) in a pail and replenish it into the machine.
☉Medium Strength Processing 5-8 refractive index (1:7 to 1:10)
☉Daily replenishment: 3-5% refractive index diluted solution in a pail is replenished into the machine.
☉High-strength reprocessing 10-12 refractive index (1:6 to 1:4)
☉Daily replenishment: Make up a diluted solution of 7-10 refractive index in a pail and replenish it into the machine.
☉Before using new liquid, clean the reservoir and pipeline, and use it after circulating the working diluted liquid with this product.
☉When the tank liquid is consumed and needs to be replenished, add the corresponding amount of original liquid proportionally while adding water.
☉The working liquid should be kept clean and impurities such as iron chips and floating oil should be removed in time.
Precautions:
1. It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, put the barrel horizontally to avoid water intrusion and flooding of the symbol on the barrel.
2. This product is forbidden to mix with foreign matter pollution, otherwise it is easy to lead to the deterioration and failure of the oil.
3. The color of this product will darken with the increase of time is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the use. Do not mix with other oils.
Waste Oil Disposal:
☆Waste liquid is collected in special barrels and then handed over to government licensed recyclers for recycling.
Packing and Storage:
☆Packing: 18L/plastic drum; 200L/iron drum.
☆Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of 1 year.
