1. How to use plastic mould release agent?
- Clean the mould with a proper solvent to remove residues.
- Use clean cotton to brush or spray gun to spray the release agent (1~2 times coating for the first moulding, ensuring a thin film covers the whole mould surface).
- Start moulding production directly after coating.
- Recommend coating once after every demoulding to ensure stable release result.
