Industry Applications & Compatible Materials

  • Polyurethane (PU) Molding: Flexible and rigid foams, footwear soles, automotive interiors, steering wheels, and dashboards.
  • Die Casting: High-pressure die casting (HPDC) for aluminum, zinc, and magnesium alloys.
  • Rubber & Composites: Tire curing, rubber hoses, compression-molded gaskets, and resin transfer molding (RTM).
  • Concrete & Construction: Architectural concrete elements, precast panels, and pipes.

Core Advantages

  • Zero VOC & Eco-Compliant: The formulation contains no VOCs. It reduces flammability risks and workplace emissions. It also meets strict environmental requirements.
  • High Dilution Ratios & Cost Control: The concentrated formula can be diluted with water at ratios of up to 1:80–1:150. This helps reduce shipping costs and chemical costs per part.
  • Superior Thermal Cooling: The release agent cools die-casting mold surfaces quickly. It also forms a continuous film that helps prevent sticking.
  • Clean Tooling & Minimal Build-Up: The formula leaves little to no sticky residue on mold surfaces. This helps reduce cleaning frequency and can extend mold-cleaning intervals by up to 300%.

Selection Guide: How to Choose the Right Formulation

  • Ambient to 120°C (248°F): This range is suitable for PU foams and footwear. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:20 to 1:50.
  • 120°C to 220°C (428°F): Suitable for rubber and compression molding. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:40 to 1:80.
  • 220°C to 450°C+ (842°F): This range is suitable for aluminum and zinc die casting. The recommended dilution ratio is 1:100 to 1:150.

Custom Water-Based Release Agents for Different Molding Processes

Every production line has different requirements. We can adjust the water-based formulation based on the molding process.

  • Anti-Bacterial & Anti-Foaming Additives: These additives help maintain product stability after dilution and during long-term storage.
  • Corrosion Inhibitors: We can select corrosion inhibitors based on the tool material. The formulation can be adjusted for tool steel and cast iron molds.
  • Viscosity & Sprayability: We can adjust viscosity for different spray systems. The formulation can work with automatic spray systems or manual electrostatic guns.
