Characteristics and Use:
K-707S is an environmentally friendly, highly lubricating, long-lasting cutting fluid.
This product is an environmentally friendly high lubrication long lasting cutting fluid! Very excellent antimicrobial properties! It is not easy to be odorized and has outstanding lubricity! This product is recommended to be used at a concentration (calculated by refractometer) of 7-18 degrees. Refractive lower than 7 degrees easy to breed bacteria deterioration. Refractive index above 18 degrees will cause skin irritation to the operator! If you need to use the product at a concentration lower than 7 degrees or higher than 18 degrees, please change to another model or consult with our engineers for special formulations.
Uses:
K-707S is more suitable for machining various series of aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, stainless steel. 6 series aluminum, 7 series aluminum, 5 series aluminum, 2 series aluminum, die-casting aluminum, profile aluminum, non-standard aluminum, 2 series stainless steel, 3 series stainless steel, and so on!
This product single machine service life of up to 2 years or more. Suitable for CNC, turning, drilling, boring, hinging, milling, tapping and other metalworking processes cooling lubrication, especially suitable for the processing of aluminum alloy, die-casting aluminum, tapping and tapping effect is good, does not contain sodium nitrite, phenol and other harmful substances.

Ingredients:
K-707S is made of base oil, rust inhibitor, emulsifier, lubricant, extreme pressure agent, high efficient corrosion inhibitor,
auxiliaries, fungicides, deionized water, etc.; does not contain nitrite ions, hexavalent chromium ions, safe, environmentally friendly.

Usage:
This model is a special cutting fluid for medium and heavy-duty machining.
It works best with aluminum and stainless steel that need lubrication. For light machining, choose other models that don’t need high lubrication.
☉ Medium duty machining: 8-12% refractive index (1:6 to 1:10)
☉ Daily replenishment: Prepare a diluted solution in a bucket. Use a 5-7 refractive index to refill the machine.
☉ High-strength reprocessing: 12-18% refractive index (1:6 to 1:4)
☉ Daily replenishment: Make a diluted solution with a 7-10 refractive index in a pail and refill the machine.
☉ Clean the reservoir and pipeline before using new liquid. Then, circulate the working diluted liquid with this product.
☉ When the tank is low, add the original liquid in proportion while adding water.
☉ Keep the working liquid clean. Remove impurities like iron chips and floating oil promptly.
Precautions:
1. It should be stored indoors, if stored in the open air, put the barrel horizontally to avoid water intrusion and flooding of the symbol on the barrel.
2. This product is prohibited from mixing with foreign matter pollution, otherwise it is easy to lead to oil deterioration and failure.
3. The color of this product will darken with the increase of time is a normal phenomenon, does not affect the use. Do not mix with other oils.
Waste Oil Disposal
☆Waste liquid is collected in special barrels and then handed over to government licensed recyclers for recycling.
Packing and Storage:
☆Packing: 18L/plastic drum; 200L/iron drum.
☆Storage: Sealed and stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place with a shelf life of 1 year.
